Payment Policies
Bootcamp fees are due as specified at enrollment. Refunds are available within 14 days of course start under certain conditions. Contact us for details.
Intellectual Property
Ownership of 3D assets and course materials remains with Nay Logic unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive license to use delivered assets as specified.
Liability Disclaimer
For VR simulations and software, we provide services as-is. We are not liable for indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to services at our discretion. You may terminate by ceasing use and contacting us.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cairo.
